JOIN US in CONGRATULATING the return of our latest Honduran Mission Trip Team. The AR Presbytery has been traveling to Honduras since 2014 and this was the 1st PCUSA team to return since the pandemic. Our team consisted of Rev. Phil Butin, Leigh Woodruff, and Dennis Nelson from FUPC Fayetteville, Jeffrey Kerst, a U of A coral intern at FUPC Fayetteville, Peggy Ward from FPC Springdale, and Jyham Fernandez, a Honduran U of O student. The team stayed at Villa de Gracia, which was recently purchased and now operated by the PW of Honduras.

During the trip, our AR Presby team volunteered alongside Honduran volunteers to start building a home for retiring pastor Gloria. Over 20 Presbyterians worked together on this project in the first 2 days. Our Team was also blessed to be able to visit 8 churches and congregations during the trip.
