| First Presbyterian Church of Bentonville and First United Presbyterian Church of Fayetteville are hosting Rev. Dori Hjalmarson during her visit to NWA from February 18-21. The Presbytery of Arkansas has been in partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Honduras in mission and outreach since 2014.
Rev. Hjalmarson will be sharing with us about the ministry and mission of the Presbyterian church in Honduras. Our siblings in Christ in Honduras are serving their neighbors in creative ways that will inspire and encourage us! Please join us as you are able, in person or livestreamed as noted, for any or all of the following events with Rev. Hjalmarson at FUPC Fayetteville and FPC Bentonville: Sunday, February 20 At FPC Bentonville: · Rev. Hjalmarson will preach and lead in worship at 10:15am. FPC Bentonville livestream available via Facebook (click here) and YouTube (click here). · “Lunch & Learn, Part 1” at 11:30am with Rev. Hjalmarson, with a boxed lunch provided in Fellowship Hall, followed by a presentation (FPC Bentonville livestream available) in the Sanctuary. At FUPC Fayetteville: · Rev. Hjalmarson will be the virtual preacher in worship at the 8:30am and 11:00am worship services. FUPC livestream available via YouTube (click here). · Rev. Hjalmarson will be our guest from 4:30-6:00pm with a presentation and intergenerational activities, which will also be livestreamed at the above link. Please make your lunch reservations for Sunday, February 20 or Monday, February 21, or both with Amanda in the FPC Bentonville church office by Thursday, February 17 so that we will know how many boxed lunches to order.
