personnel2The session, through the Personnel Committee, has the responsibility to provide for the administration of the programs of the church, including employment of non ordained staff, with concern for equal employment opportunity, fair employment practices, personnel policies, and the annual review of the adequacy of compensation for all staff, including all employees. It is the purpose of the Personnel Committee to implement these principles by providing an orderly, focused and considerate way for Session to build a healthy work environment.

Personnel Committee provides recommendations to the Session on policies, procedures and practices and also provides counsel and support for staff.
